Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, ensuring timely hiring across various business functions such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies, Align hiring plans with business growth strategies.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding, Ensure a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping: Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles, Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the industry.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness, Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks, Deliver a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire), Provide regular dashboards and insights to management.
