Project Lead - E-Learning Content Delivery

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects. As a project lead, you will manage planning and scoping, execution and delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the final outcome.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, providing transparent communication and timely updates. This position requires strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.

  • Plan and execute global alumni e-learning content projects from start to finish.
  • Develop comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring open communication and regular progress updates.
  • Implement project management templates and drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and track key project metrics – effort, timeline, and quality – to ensure no deviations from planned scope and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, instructional design, technology, and operations) to achieve smooth execution and alignment on goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing project requirements and developing detailed project plans.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinating with team members and external vendors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-learning/ed-tech, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or Basic Project Management certification.
