The Role:

As a Global Learning and Development Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our training initiatives globally. Your role is pivotal in aligning learning programs with business objectives.

This role serves as a centralized anchor point for all global L&D efforts, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Strategy & Alignment:
    • Develop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Program Design & Execution:
    • Design and roll out scalable training programs tailored to diverse business verticals.
    • Introduce continuous learning models including microlearning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
  • LMS & Technology Enablement:
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and administration of a Learning Management System.
    • Leverage digital tools to drive efficiency and engagement in training delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Manage and mentor a team of L&D specialists across regions.
    • Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, content development, vendor coordination, and delivery support.
  • Measurement & Impact Analysis:
    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track training effectiveness.
    • Report outcomes to senior leadership and continuously optimize programs based on feedback and data insights.
