About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team.

This individual will design, deliver, and implement behavioral and communication training programs to enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the organization
  • Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership team to drive learning initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to promote a learning-focused organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (Aviation and Hotels preferred); contributed to or managed the end-to-end Learning and Development Function
