Salary:

₹25,000-30,000/month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist located in Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a Content Strategist & Editor who can balance content strategy plus execution someone who can think strategically, create ideas that align with the brand's goals, and also execute them hands-on through Reels, editing, writing, and visuals.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content development, content marketing, or social-first roles.
  • Strong editing and design skills: Cap Cut, VN, Reels-native editing + Canva/Adobe.
  • Exceptional writing skills in English; Hinglish copy skills a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate content that aligns with organizational and business goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across small, fast-moving startup teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Create storytelling arcs and campaigns
  • Align content with Benpani's brand voice
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish
