Learning and Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.

  • Design and develop training materials, curriculum, and resources to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create strategic plans for leadership development and succession.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth within the organization.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand specific team requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging learning technologies and incorporate innovative tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Effectively implement and integrate Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support organizational goals.
  • Foster partnerships with external training providers, industry experts, and educational institutions to expand learning opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to gather feedback and drive data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Talent Management, or Organizational Behaviour.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Program design and implementation expertise.
  • Change management and talent development capabilities.
  • Team orientation and people management skills.
  • Analytical and competency mapping skills.
