Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement blended learning solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external training partners to ensure high-quality services.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Establish metrics to assess program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Craft engaging pre- and post-learning content to support participant engagement.

The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in adult learning, instructional design, and project management.
