
Process Executive – Learning

Dsoft is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Process Executive - Learning & Development (L&D) to support training and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on conducting employee on boarding, coordinating training sessions, supporting content creation, and maintaining records to strengthen a culture of continuous learning and growth.

KEY Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Coordination:
Collect feedback from employees and performance reports to map learning requirements.
Maintain a training calendar aligned with organizational priorities.
Organize and schedule internal & external training programs (technical, functional, and soft skills).
Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth training delivery.
Handle logistics like role based training materials, online session setup, and attendance.
2. Content Development & Support:
Assist in developing training materials such as PPTs, handouts, e-learning content, or videos.
Support in converting SOPs into training content (documentation, visuals, videos, Informatics or process explainers).
Create bite-sized learning resources for easy employee reference.
4. Employee On-boarding & Job Readiness:
Execute structured on-boarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Administer role-based training modules designed to equip new hires with the functional and technical skills required for their job.
Ensure completion of all mandatory learning modules, assessments, and certifications within defined timelines.
Evaluate on-boarding effectiveness through tests/assessments; deploy employees to their respective departments only after achieving minimum competency scores.
Continuously refine the on-boarding process to shorten the time-to-productivity and enhance new hire experience.
5. Training Delivery Support:
Conduct basic in-house sessions (where applicable, e.g., orientation, communication skills).
Support senior SMEs/trainers in delivering workshops and engagement activities.
Encourage participation and maintain training discipline.
6. Monitoring & Feedback:
Track attendance and participation in training programs.
Collect and analyze post-training feedback from participants and managers.
Share training effectiveness reports with HR Head & Management.
7. Learning Records & Reporting:
Maintain an updated L&D database (training history, certifications, progress reports).
Prepare dashboards/reports on employee learning progress.
Ensure compliance with internal/external training requirements.
8. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends in L&D, e-learning tools, and training methodologies.
Suggest improvements in training design, methods, and tools.
Support in implementing digital learning platforms (LMS, e-modules, microlearning apps etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Administration, HR, Business or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
Good coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping abilities.
Interest in employee learning, training, and development.
Added advantage - Basic knowledge of video creation, e-learning tools, or LMS etc.
