Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Process Executive. The Process Executive will be responsible for handling customer support and service-related activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed and accurate process documentation. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to optimize processes and meet organizational goals.

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities for clear and professional interaction
  • Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience or knowledge in healthcare processes is an advantage
  • Relevant education or certifications aligned with the role
