Area Sales Manager

We are Dr. Oetker India, a leading player in the Indian market, part of the Oetker Group headquartered in Germany. We bring a taste of Europe to the Indian consumer with our range of products under the brand FunFoods and Kuppies.
We are looking for a passionate individual from a diverse background to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in the HoReCa sector in South, preferably with a background as a Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase business growth in the HoReCa sector.
- Build sales promotion plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
- Map customer requirements to provide the best products and services mix for profitable growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
- Expand the company's product business in the HORECA segment.
- Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share, and activation in the region.
- Analyze various promotion plans and their cost impact on the budget.
- Meet distributors to plan business development and discuss implementation plans.
- Prepare reports to track sales efficiency and sales achievement.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree with 7-8 years of experience in HoReCa in South. A background as a Chef is an added advantage.
- Excellent MS office skills.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience leading a team.
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
