About us
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficient execution of services and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendor staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory logs and sales reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of cafeteria services as per established procedures.
- Vendor Management: Act as the single point of contact between us, client administration, and food vendors.
- Food Preparation and Service: Monitor preparation, presentation, and portion control to meet customer expectations.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
- User Support: Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory logs, sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
- Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team.
- Staff Management: Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
- Education: Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
- Skillset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time Position: On-site role with uniform and training provided.
