At GoKhana, we are seeking a Site Executive to oversee the smooth operation of our digital cafeteria platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cafeteria operations, including food service, order fulfillment, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Act as the on-ground representative of the organization, interacting with clients and customers, and collecting feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times, ensuring they adhere to SOPs and hygiene standards.
  • Provide assistance with the digital platform, resolving issues, and responding to user queries.
  • Maintain daily operational reports, including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Business Administration is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Basic computer skills, ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards are required.
  • Leadership and team handling abilities are desirable.
