Job Title: Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to oversee the seamless operations of our digital cafeteria platform in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations and possess strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cafeteria Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of the digital cafeteria platform, monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site, supervise timely food service and order fulfillment, and address real-time operational issues.
  • Client and Customer Handling: Act as the on-ground representative for client interactions, collect customer feedback, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and share daily reports and updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times, ensure vendors follow operational standards and hygiene protocols, and monitor vendor staff conduct and professionalism.
  • Platform & Billing Support: Assist with menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries on the digital platform, ensure accurate and timely billing and order tracking.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs, escalate site issues to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.
  • Leadership and team handling abilities.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as per client cafeteria timing.
  • Comfortable working at client premises across Bangalore.
