Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Leader to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a high-tech facility. The role requires expertise in cleanroom environments, complex infrastructure, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

They will also lead collaboration efforts between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Furthermore, they will develop and implement quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities, ensuring the highest level of technical integrity.

Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple disciplines, providing expert guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Design Coordination: Oversee design teams and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
