Job Title: MEP Project Coordinator

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects? Do you have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams?

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects across Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP from design coordination to execution.

  • Supervise and review MEP works at project sites, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Source and procure vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for various MEP services.
  • Track material and labor resources, providing regular reports to management.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide inputs on GFC drawings, technical specifications, and budgetary estimates.
  • Review method statements, shop drawings, and equipment clearances before implementation.
  • Coordinate between architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure day-to-day work progress at sites, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary clearances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines, and controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
