Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing (MEP) Project Coordinator to lead MEP related works in our projects department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, review project documents thoroughly, and possess excellent leadership skills.

  • Coordinate and manage MEP related activities including design, procurement, installation, and testing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member of the projects department. As a skilled MEP Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing MEP related works, ensuring all project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate MEP related activities including design, procurement, installation, and testing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
