Senior BIM Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies for MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration with project teams.
- Coordinate clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between building systems, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Create and maintain BIM execution plans and standards for MEP projects, facilitating effective collaboration.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior BIM coordinators and project team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize MEP designs and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Generate reports and presentations to effectively communicate BIM-related information to project teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry best practices.
