BIM Design Specialist

As a BIM Design Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of building information models (BIMs) for various construction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and complete information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed Drawing Preparation: Create detailed drawings for building and construction types using Revit and CAD standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company guidelines.
  • Standardization and Automation: Implement and enforce standards for drawing production, automation, and productivity, collaborating with team members to establish and maintain workflow process standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Review and approve drawings for completeness and adherence to company standards, providing feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
  • BIM Documentation and Collaboration: Develop and enforce BIM documentation, collaborating with the team to establish and maintain BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
  • Project Coordination Input: Provide input on engineering services coordination for projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in BIM, Building, Civil Engineering, AUTOCAD, and REVIT.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
