We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Specialist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings for various building and construction projects.
- Implement and enforce Revit and CAD standards.
- Agree priorities and deadlines with the project team.
- Automate routines to support productivity.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
- Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
- Input to the coordination of engineering services on projects.
- Complete design sketches for information in tender documents.
- Produce work to specified WSP in Canada BIM standards.
- Provide advice and coaching to technicians on intermediate Revit functions.
- Follow QA, document control, archiving guidelines on all work.
- Work with project team members on specified aspects of the project.
- Assist in costing of Revit work and Process Improvement work.
- Creation and maintenance of software template files.
Requirements:
You must have good communication skills and hold relevant experience in BIM, Building, Civil Engineering, AUTOCAD, and REVIT.
