Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP services from concept to commissioning, with hands-on experience in design, coordination, procurement, and site execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution
  • At least 20 years of experience managing MEP services for commercial, residential, retail, and IT parks projects
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of MEP projects from inception to completion
  • To monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • To ensure seamless collaboration among consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record of value engineering and resource optimization
  • Deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts and project financing is a plus
