We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in field service or technical support.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license for 2-wheeler vehicles.
