
Business Development Representatives

This is a highly rewarding role where you will be responsible for managing a network of key partners and multi-brand distributors in the region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all contractors are retail-focused and comply with product eligibility criteria.
Main Responsibilities:- You will be accountable for functional reporting to ASM/BDM and administrative reporting to HO Marketing.
- Developing relationships with painters at particular dealerships and replacing non-performing dealers with existing ones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
In this role, you will be required to have excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver results.
You will need to have a strong understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Additionally, you should have experience working in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success.
