
Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and using this insight to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, refine your selling strategies, and track progress towards your goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth
- BUILD strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, log sales activities, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, and share results
- Participate in sales onboarding, training sessions, team meetings, and skill-building initiatives
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity
- PASSIONATE about sales and driven to succeed in a dynamic environment
- Dependable, energetic, and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Prior lead generation or outbound calling experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable, but not required
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. You must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST. The first two hours can be flexible, subject to supervisor's discretion.
