Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage service operations for customers of press part tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure timely execution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints by engaging with customers to understand their needs and delivering solutions.
  • Coordinate across departments to facilitate smooth service delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Mentor and guide service engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, enabling them to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Develop and maintain service documentation and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction, driving excellence through employee engagement and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to gather customer feedback and product enhancement ideas, incorporating these insights into future product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering/Tooling industry, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all processes are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
