Representative Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Analyze and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Monitor and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing valuable feedback.
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences that foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or similar is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email, and CRM tools is necessary.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.
Education:
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Additional training in customer service is highly beneficial.
