Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM. The candidate will also be responsible for providing Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.

Required skills and qualifications include proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM. A good understanding of LMS and reporting tools like Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or Canvas is a plus.
