  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementation projects in SF - Employee Central Payroll.
  • A strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee centralization, and succession planning processes is essential for this role.
  • The selected candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SF - Employee Central Payroll solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Provide high-quality support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SF - Employee Central Payroll implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee centralization, and succession planning processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
