Operations Manager

About the Position
The successful candidate will lead daily operations and new projects in SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors. This includes overseeing the current HR systems landscape, comprising primarily SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Key Requirements:
- A strong technical background with experience in managing multiple integrations such as CPI, PI/PO, ODATA, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Proven experience in delivering solutions independently and effectively managing internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects in SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors, driving solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective solutions in SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
- Managing internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality HR-IT solutions.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
- B.E/B.Tech degree and certification in SAP HR and SuccessFactors (multiple modules).
- Proven experience as a techno-functional resource with in-depth knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
