Expert SAP SuccessFactors Professional

Job Title: Expert SAP SuccessFactors Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to join our organization. As a successful candidate, you will possess expertise in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Global Benefits, Onboarding2.0, RMK, and Recruiting modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot custom role-based permissions (RBP) for IT and business teams.
  • Develop and implement business rules for mass updates, email notifications, workflow configurations, and custom MDF.
  • Support the design and implementation of benefits plans and open enrollment programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
  • Default Support Access and SuccessFactors Provisioning Certifications.
  • Expertise in Security, Role-Based Permission, and Business Rules.
  • Knowledge of Mass Updates, Email Notifications, Workflow Configurations, and Custom MDF.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
