Job Role: EC Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable business solutions for Employee Central applications.
  • Collaborate with business and IT product teams to deliver ongoing implementation and enhancements of the Employee Central product.
  • Ensure smooth application support and identify root causes of support issues.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of results, including on-call and monthly system maintenance.
  • Implement new features and improve existing application capabilities.
  • Actively contribute to identifying repetitive issues and exploring new ways of working.
  • Aim to reduce support ticket numbers through periodic improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors Employee Central releases and new product features.
  • Work closely with vendors to report and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering graduate degree or relevant bachelor's qualification.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management.
  • 2+ end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with partners at all levels.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Compensation, Variable Pay, SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding & LMS.
  • Conceptual knowledge of SAP CPI - SAP ABAP and basic debugging skills preferred.
