We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to fill this role.

Job Description:

As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end Employee Central solutions for global organizations. This involves defining business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating them into system configuration objects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for global organizations.
  • Defining business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating them into system configuration objects.
  • Providing consulting services on HCM best practices and migrating clients to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Configuring systems in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks/business blueprints.
  • Developing and executing test cases/test plans/test scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementation and 3 support projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle management processes in global organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with data models, XML, MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience working on time-off and EC payroll.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs.
  • Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
  • Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies.
