Senior Sales Leader

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive business success through effective sales strategy and team leadership. As a critical member of the organization, the ideal candidate will be able to develop and present market approaches, conduct product training, and adopt a consultative selling approach.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by achieving targets and mentoring team members to achieve/exceed their targets
- Conduct comprehensive product/process training for new recruits and existing team members
- Become a trusted advisor to the team and customers using a consultative selling approach
- Identify and develop business leads and create effective business/sales planning
- Manage and maintain accurate ERP system data for the team
- Conduct regular team reviews and report progress
- Ensure seamless customer on-boarding and ownership of the customer life-cycle
- Engage in customer interaction and provide valuable feedback about products and services
