Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project professional to assume a key role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The organization is an experiential design agency headquartered out of Delhi. We cater to experiential marketing needs of real estate brands across India and the Middle East.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication, track progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned projects.
  • Ensuring smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Attending client brief meetings, taking approvals, and seeking inputs – single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Development of project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with team leads.
