As a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our demand forecasting capabilities through an enterprise-grade ML platform. Your expertise in machine learning and AI technologies will be instrumental in designing and operationalizing advanced forecasting solutions at scale.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch), strong proficiency in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn. They should also be familiar with data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade forecasting models using large-scale datasets and distributed training frameworks.
  • Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Build probabilistic models to quantify forecast uncertainty and implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, strategy) to align solutions with business needs and work with cloud-based environments (e.g., Databricks, AWS, GCP) for large-scale data processing.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data Science / ML Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Databricks, AWS, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, regression, and time series.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
