Job Title: Senior Oracle Demantra Business Analyst

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Demantra Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis function, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Demantra modules, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Workflow Design: Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Data Management: Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Integration: Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Additional Experience: Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
