Oracle JD Edwards Technical Role

The organization is seeking a seasoned Oracle JD Edwards Technical professional to fill this position.

  • Application testing will be performed for all system changes and projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities will be conducted.
  • Second-level support will be provided for the resolution of service requests.
  • Second-level support will be offered for the resolution of system defects.
  • Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects will be expected.
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation will be necessary.
  • Documentation prepared by Support analysts will be reviewed and approved.
  • Guidance and expertise will be provided to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
  • Interaction with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure will be required.
  • All JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through Help desk will need to be resolved.
