Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the first point of contact for transportation-related quality matters. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our transportation processes.


Responsibilities
  • Manually audit data and resolve discrepancies through internal tools and systems.
  • Analyze images and videos to identify areas for improvement, aligning with established procedures.
  • Engage with customers via phone calls, transcribing conversations when necessary to address concerns.
  • Identify patterns emerging from audits and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on related tasks according to predetermined protocols.
  • Elevate complex issues to relevant teams or owners in accordance with established escalation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals, including service level agreements, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
  • Utilize performance metrics to drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to contribute to its growth and success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in Japanese is essential.
  • Minimum JLPT N3 certification is required.
  • Prior experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for facilitating the exchange of information between teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
