Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in quality assurance principles and be able to implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
">- Develop and manage quality control programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular site visits to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards
- Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management
- Foster open communication and collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to address quality control issues
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and progress reports
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and industry standards
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus
