Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies. This includes managing cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to functional architecture.
Key responsibilities include leading QA planning, execution, and reporting for core banking implementations, defining test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing, and managing QA teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of functional architecture, experience in implementing digital core systems, and strong leadership and communication skills. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include reviewing and validating business requirement documents, ensuring traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking, and overseeing defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
In addition, the candidate will need to ensure readiness for production cutover through rigorous testing and simulation, implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable, and ensure compliance with SDLC, QA standards, governance, and risk management policies.
