Job Overview

We are seeking a senior manager to build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.

This role demands strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in B2B/B2E sales (education sector), and the ability to drive revenue through long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential partnerships: Research and shortlist colleges, universities, and higher education institutions that align with our training and certification programs.
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers.
  • Design customized partnership models, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with business objectives.
  • Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
