Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships through exceptional communication skills
  • Listening, empathizing and helping customers achieve their goals
  • Managing incoming chats and emails, and handling follow-up chats and emails as necessary
  • Resolving and recording any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
  • Demonstrating the value of our services to our customers every day by providing amazing support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or a related field
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition
  • The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
  • The ability to stay calm, cool and collected during stressful customer interactions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
