**Job Overview**

Furthermore, this role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Providing training and support to CRM users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the system, is also a critical aspect of this position.

The chosen candidate will stay informed about CRM technology trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions and improvements.

Maintenance of CRM performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement, and addressing CRM-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction, are essential duties of this role.
