About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Banca Insurance Officer
to drive sales through banca partnerships. The role involves working closely with bank staff, engaging with customers, and offering life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive insurance sales through banca channel partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
