This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel's housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ran room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms and prioritize cleaning tasks.
- Assist management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts between departments.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the front desk.
- Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
