Financial Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing financial activities for a hotel chain. The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling the financial performance of the hotels, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.

We are seeking a qualified Financial Operations Manager to join our corporate finance team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • S sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
