
Senior Hotel Operations Manager Position

The position of Hotel Operations Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a 4-star Business Hotel in New Delhi, with 80 keys.
This role requires a seasoned professional to lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team to achieve financial goals, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability of the hotel.
- Oversee operational departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and marketing for smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the hotel, focusing on personalized experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance, financials, and other key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
An experienced Hospitality Professional with a proven track record of managing hotel operations, driving revenue, and achieving profitability targets.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- IHM Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience and at least 3-4 years as Rooms Division Manager/Operations Manager/Hotel Manager in a reputed brand.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
- Exceptional guest service orientation and commitment to delivering a superior guest experience.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
