Job Opportunity: Enhancing Employee Experience

About the Role:

We seek an individual to manage and optimize employee experience across various establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new employees.
    • Design and track a comprehensive employee journey framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
    • Ensure timely feedback flows into the probation review process, providing data-backed insights.
    • Conceptualize, execute, and manage engagement initiatives for various locations.
    • Establish and execute an annual engagement calendar, including recognition events and team-building activities.
  • Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
    • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring seamless cultural assimilation.
    • Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
    • Provide structured insights to managers to enhance retention during the probation period.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Generate actionable dashboards and reports for leadership.
    • Utilize HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Manager – HR Operations:
    • Feedback, Onboarding, Engagement, and Performance Alignment from Employees.
    • System Administration of PMS/OKR Platforms, Deadlines, and Compliance.
    • Holistic Performance Dashboards blending People Insights with Operational Accuracy.
  • Surveys & Insights:
    • Design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
    • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
    • Recommend and implement changes based on outcomes to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
  • Transparent Communication & Tools:
    • Lead the implementation of collaboration and engagement platforms.
    • Drive communication campaigns building trust and clarity across employees.
    • Ensure timely and transparent HR updates to employees.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with Leadership to localize engagement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with HO Leadership to align engagement with organizational goals.
    • Act as a bridge between employees and HR Leadership, ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon.
  • Process Improvement & Initiatives:
    • Identify and implement process improvements in engagement and onboarding.
    • Stay updated with best practices in employee experience.
    • Lead special initiatives strengthening culture and organizational alignment.
