Job Opportunity: Digital Content Specialist

About the Role:

  • As a digital content specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences for our clients and customers.
  • You will optimize our online presence by implementing effective content strategies and personalization techniques.
  • Additionally, you will design and develop custom web modules, templates, and themes using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaboration with marketing teams is key to running successful A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Managing the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in HubSpot (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources) is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Finally, ensuring all HubSpot assets are responsive and display correctly across devices and screen sizes is crucial.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • A strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings) is essential.
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is required.
  • The ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web assets is a must.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams are necessary.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is highly valued.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills is expected.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to balance functionality and aesthetics is crucial.
