Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • User-Centered Design Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles, including the ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Portfolio: A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • AI and Copilot Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Prototyping Experience: Proven experience in creating functional prototypes.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
