**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Closeloop Technologies Private Limited. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, customizing the platform, and driving end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, including engaging with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide functional expertise on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team.

**Design and Development**

The successful candidate will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. They will also customize Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and Flows.

**Leadership and Project Management**

The Senior Salesforce Developer will provide guidance to junior consultants and developers, oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a blend of technical development and functional expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
